Instrumental rating (IR) allows you to fly single-engine (SEP) or multi-engine aircraft (MEP) according to instrument flight rules (IFR).
Minimum Requirements
Certificate:
PPL with Night Rating or CPL
Flight Experience:
50 hrs of Cross Country as PIC or helicopter (in this case at least 10 hrs must be done in airplane)
Medical License:
EASA Class 1 o 2

- 15 hrs dual on IFR multi-engine complex (40 hrs is possible perform on Flight simulator Alsim Alx 500 FNTPII)

Exams
- Theoretical examination: multiple-answers test in English language on the subjects of the theoretical course, carried out at ENAC headquarters in Rome or Milan.
